Our people are organized in customer service teams called N, P and K (for Neundorfer Particulate Knowledge) with territories assigned geographically throughout North America. Each team has a Regional Account Manager, Regional Operations Manager, an Electrical Engineer, a Mechanical Engineer, and Technical Field Service and Outside Sales. The goal is to provide our customers with seamless service from start to finish and cultivate lasting customer relationships.

		I am Mike and I am proud to introduce to you the most experienced precipitator improvement team in the world, dedicated to serving our customers.I have been working with customers to improve their precipitator performance since 1972. My background is mechanical engineering and business. Please write or call with feedback and/or suggestions.
		I'm Steve, President. I can help you identify opportunities for improvement and assist you in developing solutions to optimize precipitator performance. I can also help you with planning to meet your short- and long-term performance and maintenance objectives. I have been with Neundorfer since 1982.
		I'm Jean, Vice President, Finance. I handle accounting and finance. We are open to your suggestions for creative financing of precipitator and baghouse system improvements. I have been with Neundorfer since 1992.
		I'm Jim, Machinist. I build rappers, shafts, discharge electrodes and other precipitator products. I have been with Neundorfer since 1981.
		I'm Karl, Senior Design & Development Engineer. I develop hardware and software for our microprocessor-based voltage and rapper control products. I have been with Neundorfer since 1984.
		I'm Iggy, Construction Superintendent. My specialty is construction supervision on precipitator upgrades and mechanical inspections. I also help with production when not working in the field. I have been with Neundorfer since 1985.
		I'm Joe, Shop Supervisor. I am responsible for mechanical products. I'm a welder and fabricator, and I assist in discharge electrode and electric rapper production. I also take care of building maintenance and other miscellaneous projects. I have been with Neundorfer since 1986.
		I'm Ed, Field Service Technician--Electrical. I support customer controls installations, start-ups, training and precipitator troubleshooting. I also work on R&D and pilot projects. I have been with Neundorfer since 1989.
		I'm Jeff, Technical Application Consultant. I handle new business and process development, and also provide training and support for POS, controls and other field applications. I have been with Neundorfer since 1993.
		I'm Dan, Senior Designer. I prepare mechanical and electrical drawings on AutoCad and SolidWorks. I have been with Neundorfer since 1996.
		I'm Dave, Construction Superintendent. I've been in the precipitator business doing construction projects since 1989. I do mechanical out-of-service inspections, labor quoting for bid purposes, and field construction supervision. I have been with Neundorfer since 1996.
		I'm Tony, Mechanical Engineer. I perform mechanical inspections and supervise construction of precipitators and SO3 systems. I also design precipitator components and help support production. I have been with Neundorfer since 1997.
		I'm Luis, I build our EMR products and work on fabrication and assembly. I have been with Neundorfer since 1998.
		I'm Terry, Regional Account Manager (RAM) for Team N, focused on account management and new business development. I have been with Neundorfer since 1998.
		I'm Zsuzsanna, Electrical Engineer. I manage electrical and electronic production. I have been with Neundorfer since 1998.
		I'm Don. I work in mechanical production building and assembling EMR products, discharge electrodes and other precipitator products. I've been with Neundorfer since 1999.
		I'm Jeremy, Chemical Engineer. I assist customers with precipitator performance issues through a wide range of consulting efforts. I am also involved in the flue gas conditioning product line, flow modeling and most research and development projects. I have been with Neundorfer since 1999.
		I'm Todd, Field Service Technician--Electrical. I test, repair and calibrate the microprocessor-based voltage and rapper controls. I have been with Neundorfer since 1999.
		I'm Chuck, Field Service Technician--Electrical. I provide field service, training and installation of precipitator controls and POS. I also provide field service for SO3 systems. I have been with Neundorfer since 2002.
		I'm Kyle, Computer Engineer. I work in development and installation of our Smart Ash, POS and Precipitator Health Monitoring System (PHMS) software products. I have been with Neundorfer since 2002.
		I'm Ron, Buyer. I work with sales, marketing and production to procure quality inventory to meet customer needs. I have been with Neundorfer since 2002.
		I'm Brian, IT/Systems Administrator. I provide network and communication expertise for Neundorfer. I also support and configure POS in addition to providing customer service. I have been with Neundorfer since 2004.
		I'm Carlo, Electrical Engineer. I do PLC programming, startups and project management. I also support our SmartAsh product line and provide SO3 field service. I've been with Neundorfer since 2004.
		I’m Halle, Operations Manager. I am responsible for company operations and field service.  I have been with Neundorfer since 2006.
		I’m Russ, Field Service Technician--Electrical & Mechanical. I troubleshoot and resolve problems with precipitator operations for our customers. I provide both electrical and mechanical inspections as well. I rejoined Neundorfer in 2006.
		I'm Bobby, Mechanical Stop Technician. I work in the shop providing metal fabrication work, preparing parts for assembly and running wires. I started with Neundorfer in 2007.
		I'm Jody, Regional Operations Manager for Team N.  I manage sales orders, customer relations and inventory management, as well as providing accounting, finance and phone support. I started with Neundorfer in 2007.
		I'm Kelly, Electrical Engineer. I do field consulting and training, and provide technical support for PLC programming and precipitator managment systems. I started with Neundorfer in 2007.
		I'm Stevie, Assistant Electronics Technician. I am responsible for electronics testing and assembly, mechanical testing and assembly, welding, and support research and development as well as shipping and receiving. I joined Neundorfer in 2007.
		I'm Jim, Senior Engineering Consultant for Neundorfer. I provide field troubleshooting, design and process evaluation for electrostatic precipitators and baghouses as well as construction supervision and new product development. I joined Neundorfer in 2007 as part of the purchase of APCO Services, Inc.
		I'm Becky, Regional Account Manager (RAM) for Team PK, focused on account management and new business development. I have been with Neundorfer since 2007.
		I'm Diane, Assistant Customer Service Representative. I provide part-time support with our phones and office adminstration, making sure our customers, vendors and partners receive top-notch service. I have been with Neundorfer since 2007.
		I'm Matt, Field Applications Engineer for Team N. I create and maintain partnerships as well as process and analyze precipitator problems. I've been with Neundorfer since 2008.
		I'm Pat, Mechanical Engineer. I perform mechanical inspections, design precipitator components and work with gas flow modeling through CFD and physical model analysis. I have been with Neundorfer since 2007.
		I'm Eric, Computer Engineer.  I work on the development of the Precipitator Health Monitoring System (PHMS) and provide developmental support for our other software products.  I have been with Neundorfer since 2007.
		I'm William, Construction Superintendent. I construct physical flow models and conduct resistivity tests and mechanical inspections. I joined Neundorfer in 2007 with the purchase of APCO Services, Inc.
		I am Kay, Office Manager. I have worked part-time at APCO since 1999. I handle office administration, incoming calls, purchasing supplies and at times assist in the preparation of customer reports.
		I am Marlin, Senior Consultant. My background is in applied physics and I manage the physical-flow modeling facility.  I make precipitator performance projections and provide troubleshooting and precipitator improvement consulting services. With more than 30 years experience in field, I joined Neundorfer, Inc. in 2007 with the aquisition of APCO Services, Inc.
		I am Marc, Regional Operations Manager for Team PK. I manage sales orders and customer relations as well as invoicing all orders. I joined Neundorfer in 2008.
		I am Kent, Field Service Engineeer.  I analyze and troubleshoot precipitator issues, facilitate training and servicing, and install new equipment. Working with the team here at Neundorfer is very rewarding.  I joined Neundorfer in 2008.
		I am Maggie, Customer Service Representative.  I handle and track all incoming communications, assist with invoicing and other accounting functions.  I have been with Neundorfer since 2008.
		I'm Bob, Field Service Technician--Electrical. I support customer controls installations, start-ups, training and precipitator troubleshooting.  I have been with Neundorfer since 2008.
		I’m Josh, CAD Designer.  I prepare mechanical drawings with AutoCAD and SolidWorks for use in the field and in physical flow models. I joined Neundorfer in 2009.
		I’m Mae, Manager of Seminars and Stories. I head up our training program, and also tell Neundorfer's story using e-newsletters, photos, videos, and neundorfer.com. I’m here to explore how your everyday stories about successes, failures and new ideas can be used to increase energy efficiency and reduce pollution.  I’ve been with Neundorfer since 2009.
