In Memoriam - Mike McNabb (1950 - 2007)
We are sad to inform you that Mike McNabb, our Senior Mechanical Engineer and long-term co-worker and friend, died suddently of a massive stroke on December 19, 2007. Mike, who worked for Neundorfer for 19 years, was 57 years old. Mike is survived by his wife of 36 years, Denise; his son Michael and daughter Jennifer, both successful engineers; four brothers; two sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mike was devoted not only to his work but to being a husband, father, brother, uncle and friend.
All of us at Neundorfer and scores of customers have benefited from Mike's designs, innovation and field consulting. Mike's creativity came from a deep curiosity and dedication to understanding and researching technical concepts and theories and applying them to new applications. Mike leaves a legacy of innovation in air pollution control equipment design, but we will miss him most of all as our friend. He spoke with love, pride and admiration about his family, and if anyone was having a hard time, he could hardly contain his caring and empathy.
Mike was an excellent engineer and a good friend. We will all miss him.
