  BillI am Bill, Field Technical Services Consultant. I joined Neundorfer in 2011, and my role is to troubleshoot and optimize electrostatic precipitator and baghouse (fabric filter) systems for power utilities and general industry. This includes electrical and mechanical inspections, as well as repair and rebuild supervision. What I find most rewarding is partnering with customers to build the trust necessary for successful projects. I'm a Licensed Mechanical Contractor in New Jersey and California, a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in New Jersey, and hold three degrees: an Associates of Science in engineering from Somerset County College, a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Rutgers University, and an MBA from Columbia University.  
     
  BobI am Bob, Electrical Field Service Technician. I have been with Neundorfer since 2008, and provide support for electrostatic precipitator power controls, rapping systems, and in situ resistivity testing. This includes overseeing equipment installations and start-ups, conducting calibrations, and working with customers to troubleshoot APC systems. I also do mechanical inspections. What I find most rewarding is solving customer issues to their complete satisfaction. I hold an Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from ETI.  
     
  BobbyI am Bobby, Shipping and Receiving Supervisor. I joined Neundorfer in 2005, and I'm responsible for packaging and shipping all customer orders, as well as receiving. I also provide support in the fabrication, manufacturing and flow modeling shops.  
     
  BrianI am Brian, IT/Systems Administrator. I have been with Neundorfer since 2004, and provide network and communication expertise for the company.  
     
  CarloI am Carlo, Electrical Engineer. I've been with Neundorfer since 2004, and spend most of my time on PLC programming, startups, and project management. This includes integrating different types of PLCs (DCS, HMI, control panels), designing electrical systems for process control hardware and software, and integrating flue gas, purge and fly ash systems. I also support Neundorfer's SmartAsh product line, and provide field service for SO3 systems. What I find most rewarding is tinkering with controllers to develop applications that help customer achieve their goals. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from University of Toledo.  
     
  Cheryl I am Cheryl, Organizational Development Consultant. I have partnered with Neundorfer for over 25 years. My focus is organizational development and learning. At Neundorfer, we pride ourselves in being the best in every area--not just products and services, but also management, teamwork, leadership, and community involvement. I work with others to develop ways of sharing information and connecting with each other in real time. I also work with the team to develop practical, customer-focused workshops using proven learning theory. What I find most rewarding is seeing the theories of learning and organizational change put into practice. I completed my Ph.D. and M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Case Western Reserve University with an emphasis on organizations, group processes and adult learning.  My undergraduate work was completed at Brigham Young University. I am member of the Cleveland Coach Federation, International Alliance for Learning and  the OD Connection. In addition to Neundorfer I work with a variety of educational, health care and service organizations. I also provide executive coaching to leaders nationwide.  
     
  ChuckI am Chuck, Electrical Field Service Technician. I joined Neundorfer in 2002, and have more than 30 years of experience with electrostatic precipitators (ESPs), baghouses, and electrical applications. My primary role is providing support for ESP power control installation, setup and troubleshooting. I also support SO3 systems, Neundorfer's POS, and work on projects that involve PLC commissioning, debugging, troubleshooting and modification. What I find most rewarding is supporting our customers. I've spent a lifetime learning about electrical applications by working with the smartest man I know: my father, Chuck Senior. I also studied for two years at Lake County Joint Vocational School.  
     
  Dan I am Dan, Senior Designer. I've been with Neundorfer since 1996, and have more than 20 years experience with computer-aided design. I prepare mechanical and electrical drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. This include field and fabrication drawings of mechanical parts, component design for Neundorfer products, and circuit board layouts. I also do CAD system and product management.  
     
  DaveI am Dave, Construction Superintendant. I've been in the electrostatic precipitator business doing construction projects since 1989. I joined Neundorfer in 1996, and do mechanical out-of-service inspections, labor quoting for bids, and field construction supervision. My specialties include precipitator rebuilds, mechanical inspections, construction supervision and project management, and diagnosing mechanical and structural problems. I hold Associate degrees in civil engineering, marine drafting and maritime construction from Northeast Wisconsin Technical GP Campus. I'm also CAD-certified. Watch my video.   DonI am Don, Fabricator. I joined Neundorfer in 1999, and work in the production and fabrication shop building and assembling EMR rapper products, discharge electrodes and other electrostatic precipitator and baghouse products.  
     
  EdI am Ed, Electrical Field Service Technician. I joined Neundorfer in 1989, and have more than 40 years experience with electrical field service for air pollution control systems. I provide support for control installations and startup, and customizing Neundorfer's Precipitator Optimization System at customer sites. I also work on R&D and pilot projects. What I find most rewarding is the troubleshooting process, and the satisfaction that comes from solving a problem. I'm a licensed maintenance electrician, and hold an Associate degree in applied science from Mt. San Antonio College, along with certificates for HVAC (from Los Angeles Technical School) and low temperature boilers (from Parker Boiler School in California). Read more about me.  
     
  I am Emily, Accounting Assistant. I joined Neundorfer in 2010, and am responsible for many accounting functions including AP, AR and invoicing. I also provide support for organizing workshops and special events.  
     
  EricI am Eric, Computer Engineer. I joined Neundorfer in 2008, and my primary role is software development and support (mostly using .NET, php/Zend, VTS and SQL) for Precipitator Optimization System (POS), Minerva, and other products. I also develop in-house applications for Neundorfer's team, and do in situ gas flow testing. What I find most rewarding about working at Neundorfer is our willingness to listen to, consider and act on ideas from staff and customers. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Watch my video.  
     
  HalleI am Halle, Vice President, People and Process. I joined Neundorfer in 2006, and contribute to company performance through supporting and developing our service, manufacturing and consulting business, connecting customer needs to Neundorfer products and services, and leading personnel development in support of our customers’ current and future needs. What I find most rewarding is the planning process: creating a focus, defining goals, and supporting others in connecting ideas with actions and outcomes. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in biomedical humanities from Hiram College, and an MPH in public health administration from Kirksville College of Medicine.  
     
  IggyI am Iggy, Construction Superintendant. I've been with Neundorfer since 1985, and have almost three decades of air pollution control equipment experience. My specialty is supervising and project managing electrostatic precipitator upgrades and mechanical inspections. When I'm not out in the field supervising construction or doing inspections to diagnose mechanical and structural problems, I help with production in our manufacturing and fabrication shop. What I find most rewarding is traveling the country and helping customers solve problems. I'm NORCAT, MSHA and OSHA certified.  
     
  JeanI am Jean, Vice President, Finance. I joined Neundorfer in 1992, and primarily focus on accounting, banking and finance functions for the company. I also support company strategic development. What I find most rewarding is working with my colleagues on the Neundorfer team; they are a group of exciting, brilliant, fun people.   JeremyI am Jeremy, Vice President of Engineering. I joined Neundorfer in 1999, and spend most of my time developing effective approaches to performance-related inefficiencies with air pollution control systems. My specialties include computational fluid dynamics (CFD), physical flow modeling, and flue gas conditioning systems. What I find most rewarding is working on research and development projects, focusing on helping customers address long-range planning. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Ohio University.  
     
  Jim I am Jim P., Senior Engineering Consultant. I joined Neundorfer in 2007 and have more than 25 years of experience in the air pollution control (APC) industry. My primary role is field troubleshooting, design and process evaluation for baghouses (fabric filters) and electrostatic precipitators. I also supervise construction projects, support new product development, and facilitate workshop sessions. What I find most rewarding is visiting plants around the country and helping individuals solve their problems. I am the author or co-author on numerous papers about APC systems, and hold three related product patents, including one for a series of acoustic horns. I have completed advanced APC and business management classes, and hold a civil engineering degree from Idaho State University. Watch my video.  
     
  Jim SI am Jim S., Machinist. I joined Neundorfer in 1981, and work in our fabrication production shop building rappers, shafts, discharge electrodes and other electrostatic precipitator products.  
     
  JodyI am Jody, Pre-Contract Projects and Planning. I joined Neundorfer in 2007, and my role is facilitating projects that help customers achieve their goals. I spend a lot of my time in conversation, asking questions and listening to understand customer objectives. What I find most rewarding is collaborating with customers and colleagues on the Neundorfer team to achieve best possible outcomes. I bring with me to this role experience with accounting, manufacturing processes, small group facilitation and owning a business.  
     
  JoshI am Josh, CAD Designer. I joined Neundorfer in 2009, and my primary role is preparing mechanical drawings with AutoCAD and SolidWorks, for use in the field and in physical flow models. I also support construction and testing in the flow modeling lab, and do ash resistivity and in situ gas-flow distribution testing. What I find most rewarding is seeing the design ideas in my head come to life. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering graphics and design from Murray State University.   KarlI am Karl, Senior Design and Development Engineer. I joined Neundorfer in 1984, and my primary role is developing hardware and software for our microprocessor-based electrostatic precipitator voltage and rapper control products. I also support new product development in related areas, including design and electrical controls for models used in our Learning Center workshops. What I find most rewarding is working with others on the Neundorfer team to build quality products and deliver value for our customers. I am owner of Patent #5,144,442 (Temperature of Lift Height of Electromagnetic Impact Rappers) and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University (formerly Case Institute of Technology).  
     
  Kent I am Kent, Field Service Engineer. I joined Neundorfer in 2008, and spend most of my time analyzing and troubleshooting electrostatic precipitator problems, facilitating workshop/training sessions and installing new equipment. I also supervise controls and software installations, and offer MicroRap and controls calibration consulting. What I find most rewarding is working with a customer to successfully troubleshoot a problem or get new controls set up and see great results. I'm a journeyman plant electrician with ISO 14001 training in environmental engineering and air quality, and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Youth Leadership (Physical Education department) from Brigham Young University.  
     
  KyleI am Kyle, Computer Engineer. I joined Neundorfer in 2002, and work mostly on software product management, installation and development. This includes SmartAsh, Precipitator Optimization System (POS) and Minerva. I also help optimize fly ash evacuation systems, facilitate workshop/training sessions, and support PLC integration projects. What I find most rewarding is creating solutions to enhance our customers' understanding of their equipment. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from Case Western Reserve University.  
     
  LuisI am Luis, Fabricator. I joined Neundorfer in 1998, and work in the production shop building EMR rapper products. I also support fabrication and assembly for customer projects.  
     
  MaeI am Mae, Manager of Stories. I joined Neundorfer in 2009, and my role is to support customer service and company growth through the communications power of stories--using e-newsletters, photos, videos, podcasts and neundorfer.com. I also provide support for technical documentation, including field service reports. What I find most rewarding is making connections betwen information, ideas and opportunities through conversation and teamwork. I hold a B.A. in communications from Thomas Edison State College.   Maggie I am Maggie, Customer Service Representative. I joined Neundorfer in 2008, and I answer and direct your calls to one of our team members. In addition to handling all incoming communications, I do general office administration, and support workshop and special event planning. What I find most rewarding is helping customers get connected to the right person to solve their problems.   
     
  Marc I am Marc, Production/Projects Coordinator, I joined Neundorfer in 2008. My role is to manage customer expectations and resources once an idea becomes a project. I also provide support to operations, accounts receivable and our consulting team. What I find most rewarding is executing at a high level to build trust and confidence with our customers.  
     
  MarlinI am Marlin, Senior Environmental Consultant. I joined Neundorfer in 2007, and have more than 30 years experience analyzing how gas flow distribution and process factors affect the performance of air pollution control systems. I manage our flow modeling shop in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, support the ash resistivity lab in Willoughby, and provide consulting and field evaluation to optimize the performance of electrostatic precipitators, baghouses (fabric filters) and other APC systems. What I find most rewarding is building models that help customers solve problems. I am the author or co-author of numerous papers and reports on the evaluation of new technologies and particulate control device performance.  I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in physics and mathematics from Huntingdon College, and a Master's in physics and Ph.D. in physics from Auburn University.   I am Mike, owner and CEO. I founded Neundorfer, Inc. in 1972, and have spent more than 35 years working with customers to improve the efficiency of air pollution control systems. My areas of expertise include process evaluation, rapping system acceleration testing, retrofits and upgrades, process controls, and fly ash resistivity. What I enjoy most is being involved with development of innovative ideas that help electric utilities and industrial plants make smart decisions about the future.   PatI am Pat, Mechanical Engineer. I joined Neundorfer in 2007, and focus mostly on performing mechanical inspections, designing electrostatic precipitator components, and helping to optimize systems through gas flow distribution analysis using CFD and physical models. I also do ash resistivity testing in our lab, manage projects, and support production engineering. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Cleveland State University, and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Case Western Reserve University.  
     
  RonI am Ron, Buyer. I joined Neundorfer in 2002, and my role is working with sales, marketing and production to procure quality inventory needed for customer projects. In our industry, this is a very challenging position; what I find most rewarding is when everything comes together on time and under budget. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Lake Erie College.  
     
  Rosario My name is Rosario, and I joined Neundorfer as Production Manager in 2011. My role is to schedule, coordinate, and organize sales orders and projects, and process them through all production stages—including resource planning, inventory, and fabrication. What I find most rewarding is transforming unfinished materials into finished products. I hold a B.S.B.A. in business management, with a focus on leadership and operations, from John Carroll University's Boler School of Business.  
     
  Sam I am Sam, Flow Modeling Technician. I joined Neundorfer in 2007, and my role mostly focuses on constructing and testing physical flow models, and performing in situ flow testing. I also support inspections and R&D projects. What I find most rewarding is making a new discovery that helps lead to good results.  
     
  SteveI am Steve, President. I joined Neundorfer in 1982, and over the years have worked with customers in a variety of capacities, including account management, consulting, and strategic planning. My focus now is collaborating with customers to meet performance and maintenance objectives for air pollution control systems. What I find most rewarding is helping identify opportunities for improvement and developing those opportunities into plans that meet short- and long-term goals. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in international marketing from the University of Akron.  
     
  StevieI am Stevie, Assistant Electronic Technician. I joined Neundorfer in 2007, and my primary role is electronics and mechanical testing and assembly, and welding. I also support shipping and receiving, and R&D projects.  
     
  TerryI am Terry, Account Manager. I joined Neundorfer in 1998, and work with customers to identify performance improvement opportunities and resolve issues with precipitators, baghouses and other air pollution control systems. I also support coordination of precipitator and baghouse workshops and equipment training sessions. What I find most rewarding is the relationships that develop while working on projects with our customers.  
     
  ToddI am Todd, Electrical Field Service Technician. I joined Neundorfer in 1999, and my job is to test, repair and calibrate our microprocessor-based MVC voltage and MicroRap rapper controls for electrostatic precipitators. I also do general troubleshooting in the electronics lab, support new product development and ash resistivity testing, and facilitate workshop sessions.
