As we reach the close of 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the progress we’ve made together during a year filled with meaningful achievements and important transitions.
First, I’m proud to share that we completed another year with zero safety incidents. Safety is foundational to how we operate, and maintaining this record—year after year—is a reflection of our team’s professionalism and our shared commitment to doing things the right way.
This year also marked the retirement of Terry Cline, who served our customers with skill and loyalty for 26 years. We are deeply grateful for her contributions and wish her the very best in this next chapter. At the same time, we welcomed four new members across customer support, field services, and engineering teams. Our new members are; Kim Payne (Inside Sales Coordinator), Tim Brehun (Account Manager), Nate Bailey (Mechanical Engineer) and Blake Carlisle (Precipitator Field Service Technician).
We also reached an important milestone in our EPA-supported technology demonstration project around reducing nutrient pollution in agriculture. Thanks to the extraordinary efforts by our team and the farmers we worked with, we implemented our demonstration pilots ahead of schedule. We are now awaiting the results and look forward to implementing the next steps in the program.
In July, we proudly celebrated Neundorfer’s 50th anniversary—a meaningful moment made possible by our employees, families, partners, and customers. This milestone reminded us that the longevity of our business is rooted in trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.
We are preparing for a very busy year with several significant projects already underway. We will also be implementing new internal technologies designed to enhance how we support your operations and improve the insights and responsiveness you receive from us.
A continued strength of our company is our depth of precipitator expertise across design, operation, controls, and field service. This specialized knowledge—now increasingly rare—provides meaningful value to you by helping improve reliability, emissions performance, and long-term operating confidence. Our focus remains on being a partner you can depend on for practical, informed solutions.
