An upcoming feature will introduce a new button to the Utilities screen, which will allow the user to generate a history snapshot file with a single click. This file can then be sent to Neundorfer for analysis and troubleshooting assistance, and it will contain all of the data available in your POS system over a predefined time frame. This is an improvement over sending individual reports because it will reduce time spent on getting the necessary data in the right hands, and it will also be a more consistent process for both the customer and Neundorfer.

Updates have been made to the DCS interface to improve the speed and reliability of the Modbus DCS Interface. Changes have been made to our alarming structure that will also improve the general performance of the application when TR Sets are having communication issues.
We’ve resolved issues running very large reports where it would seem like the report would run indefinitely. All large reports will complete. Recent updates have made performance improvements to reduce the runtime of these reports.
The 3D bar graph has been deprecated by the introduction of the Live Plan View. This allows users to visualize the performance of any particular parameter of their precipitator operation in a plan view that reflects that actual layout of their equipment. The colors used are fully customizable to meet the requests of any given site.
