ESP HelpDesk

HelpDesk is an innovative service that combines technologies, both proprietary and non-proprietary, along with people resources to help create a customized, cost-effective approach to ESP support. It is an online tool accompanied by technical support from the Neundorfer team to provide the high level of remote technical support needed to optimize performance, maintenance, and overall operation of the ESP.

Custom Analytics Portal

The software element of this service is a secure one-way connection that allows the plants data collection software to send data to the Neundorfer server. This data is put into a customized application that is accessible thought a secure web browser. Once established, Neundorfer will have a “live view” of the units and TR set with nearly real time data. Access to this information not only lets Neudorfer assist with immediate troubleshooting concerns but also allows for long term analysis that can be used to prioritize outage plans and budgeting costs.

As every company has different goals, budgets, and security criteria, HelpDesk is available in three different tiered options that are described below:

Option 1

  • Quarterly data review and evaluation of ESP to provide recommendations for maintenance during an outage, opportunities to address during operation, and operational recommendations 
  • As-requested troubleshooting of system and up to 8 hours of consulting services and operational recommendations

Option 2

  • Live data feed for unlimited on-demand trouble shooting support 
  • Quarterly data review and evaluation of ESP to provide recommendations for maintenance during an outage, opportunities to address during operation, and operational recommendations 

Option 3

  • Outage planning using live and historical data for support
  • Assistance with outage budgeting 
  • Live data feed for unlimited on-demand trouble shooting support
