As much as 30% of your baseline emissions is likely attributed to rapping. This is particulate that had already been collected and then was swept back into the gas stream when rapped. Optimizing rapping to mechanical area, load, resistivity, opacity, and other process variables can drastically reduce outlet emissions. We offer both Neundorfer EMR Impact magnetic lift rappers as well as NAVCO Rappers. Neundorfer EMR Impact rappers feature a slip-on mount construction for easy installation and an integrated fiberglass guide tube and coil guide to extend wear capabilities. These magnetic-lift, gravity-impact rappers are easier and less time-consuming to install and offer a universal fit for any OEM precipitator design. Their reliability, along with the MicroRap rapper control, lead to increased precipitator power and efficiency.

NAVCO pneumatic rappers set the standard in the industry for performance, reliability, and dependability. These rappers are ideal for applications where repetitive-impact rappers are needed and are highly reliable in all climate conditions.

Rapping System Components

We offer steel or ceramic rapper shafts, adapters and sockets, and rapper shaft seals. We also offer rapper controls, and supervisory software that can automatically adjust rapping based on precipitator or process conditions.
